My guiding principle

I know what it’s like to face plateaus, or to deal with the unfair expectations people place on themselves—especially when progress seems too slow compared to what they see on social media. I’ve had my own challenges too, things that required time, hard work, and focus to improve. I didn’t come from a gymnastics background, nor was I naturally talented at the beginning. I want to help others based on everything I’ve learned in this sport—my observations, my journey, and 9 years of personal experience, now as WSWCF certified trainer
